In Love With KrisVanAssche?

When did you first fall in Love with Kris Van Assche? It was in July 2013 whenever the VMA’s took place I was there I was one of those kids in the pit at the bottom who you see on-screen and wonder how they got there. On this journey to the Barclays center as we walked in line, and waited outside a Caucasian guy who was obviously working the event walked past me as I stood there in his red Kris Van Assche sneakers this was the first time I had seen them on a person and not a table in Bergdorf’s. That was when I instantly fell in love. Sure I had seen them on tumblr, and Instagram but this sighting in person really took the cake. Today I lay here as I type this up hoping to get this sneaker for a Christmas present perhaps? I’m shopping for a distant event.  I’m not a huge sneaker fan unless it’s designer of course, that was a joke haha. Honestly though doesn’t it seem like only the high-end designers make really good sneakers for men? Remember now I said high-end, and “really good”. Maybe I’m just automatically attracted to what’s expensive, and unavailable to the masses. This is a question, do I need to go through some type of physiological change? I’m looking to build a wardrobe full of staple pieces. Shall these sneakers be my first addition?
