Will Leather Goods Takes On The East Coast

DSC04905 On May 16, 2014 – Will Leather Goods, the growing lifestyle brand known for casual men’s and women’s accessories, opened the doors to its first east-coast retail shop in downtown Manhattan. Titled the “World Store,” the two thousand square foot shop is located at 29 Prince Street at Mott Street.

I was invited out to visit the store during its opening, and I was more than thoroughly impressed with everything, and the staff. Shout out to Jimmy, for helping me around the store with facts on all the merchandise! Will easily offers hundreds of products at once, like a kid in a candy store I was! The First bag to actually catch my attention had to be the Leather Swiss Medic Bag pictured below.IMG_3497 There’s something about a small bag that comes with storage that really appeals to me! I’m all about fitting all of my products of the day into the bag I’m carrying, and this is a great contender. IMG_3500 Now I’m not a drinker at all, and I really don’t like Wine, but I would definitely turn this wine bag into a personal carrying case during my venture into the chaos that New York offers 24/7. Talk about Fashion Week Takeover with this bag!IMG_3505 I happened to be highly attracted to this RED wallet. It’s something about the color red that just pops out! They all have a Red mini iPad case! That now I may really need in my life. IMG_3519 For the bag to trump all bags are the US Postal bags! Talk about huge! Hermés who? Literally the bag that you see this guy holding covers of the mid-half of my body!

The walls and façade of WILL’s newest store are clad in reclaimed Doug Fir Heartwood from Oregon, creating environment of natural wood and. The brand offers the highest quality leather bags, small leather goods, home goods and other eclectic one-of-a-kind knick-knacks. Haberdashery, furniture and other display pieces collected by Will Adler are used for display and are also available for purchase. Design highlights of the World Store include a 10-foot antique saw blade that has been transported from the woods of Oregon and given new life in New York City. The store also contains a living plant wall of moss and succulents. The point of sale is outfitted in vegetable dyed leather and detailed with braided leather trim. The shop features an espresso bar and a local coffee roast will be served to shop guests, compliments of WILL.IMG_3534 I actually turned down the Latte I was offered, it was raining on my way to the Opening, and I was over carrying any extra stuff haha. IMG_3539 The Apron you see my pictured with was extremely heavy, made for a lumberjack man! Someone full of Muscle, and my favorite bag in my hand. I actually had it turned the wrong way didn’t even catch onto that until I was gone!

Be Back Soon Guys!! Thanks for the Hospitality
