A Book of Words & Visuals of Manhattan’s Northern Neighborhood. We call it “Harlem” Listen Carefully.. “HARLEM IS IN MANHATTAN” it is not a different borough so If someone says they living in Manhattan, and you ask where and they say Harlem, they’re telling the truth. 
Moving on! I’m slowly, but surely appreciating the culture of my Neighborhood! All of it surely isn’t the same I don’t live in a bad area of Harlem. 125th on the west side of Harlem is the place to be when I venture over to that neighborhood it is always full of life, especially during the day! Everyone’s out shopping or working or selling things on the street it’s definitely a festive area! Everyone has a hustle selling clothes, cd’s, scents, so on and so forth. That’s what New York is all about anyway huh. Money, and Mo’ Money!
I’m sure Harlem definitely isn’t what it was 20+ years ago back forward back, but it definitely houses the culture of Blacks! I appreciate a good book of Visuals I think photos tell much more of a story than just words, and I’m sure this book offers photos that just make you wish you lived in Harlem back then.. or was it too dangerous? Who knows! I’ve made it thus far I’m sure I could have made it back then
